Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Internal Revenue Service regulations, state law and our privacy policy, which is even more stringent, severely limit disclosure of any client information. We cannot release any information about a client to a third party without a signed disclosure authorization. If the disclosure relates to a joint tax return, both spouses must sign.

If you are applying for a loan that requires a letter or any other financial information from us, please allow enough time for you to sign and return our disclosure authorization form to us. To avoid this process, we can send a letter or your information directly to you and you can provide it to the third party.
